Ordécerne un prix pour le « meilleur arsicle » dans boot haque année, lors de la cérémonie de remise, l’ACMAR de papier par un agent ES ou son conjoint ou sa conjointe. Le lauréat ou la lauréate reçoit un exemplaire encadré de son article, accompagné d’un prix en espèces de 500 $. Le prix a pour objet de promouvoir le maintien de l’excellence en rédaction dans le service extérieur et se veut un incitatif supplémentaire aux contributions à bout de papier.
