Elsie Falls died suddenly in hospital in Ottawa on Thursday, January 6, 1994. Elsie was the Accountant and Benefits Administrator of PAFSO’s life insurance program from 1972 to 1985. Upon her retirement in 1985, Elsie moved to Carp, Ontario and married her long-time friend, Lorne Falls. Never one to slow down, she continued working with tireless energy as a volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society and the Friendship Club. During her many years of loyal and dedicated service to PAFSO, Elsie built a large circle of friends among her office colleagues and PAFSO members. She will be sadly missed by her family and by all the good friends she has left behind.
