Tony Halliday

Tony Halliday joined the Canadian Government in 1968 after serving in the Government of Rhodesia and Nyasaland and then GATT (now WTO) in Geneva. He had postings in Washington and Chicago (Consul General 1986 to 1989). He retired in 1991.
