Mr. Richard V. Gorham has retired from the Foreign Service and lives in New Brunswick. He was formerly Ambassador to China and Ambassador and Permanent Observer to the OAS. He served as First Secretary (Political) in the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi from 1963-1966, during part of which period Roland Michener was the High Commissioner.
