Dr. Evan H. Potter is the founding editor of Canadian Foreign Policy/La Politique étrangère du Canada, a policy journal of Canada’s international relations published by the The Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University, in association with PAFSO. He was the Norman Robertson Research Fellow in economic and trade policy on the Policy Staff in 1991-92.
