Edward G. Lee, Q.C., has had postings in Jakarta and London. He was formerly Ambassador to Israel, High Commissioner to Cyprus, Ambassador to South Africa, High Commissioner to Swaziland and Lesotho, and most recently was Ambassador to Austria, Permanent Representative to the UN, and Governor of Canada to the IAEA, in Vienna.
