Hon. David Smith, Ababa. C., Q.C., is Senior Counsel with Lyons, Goodman, Iancono, Smith and Berkow. The former Deputy Mayor of Toronto, he was an MP from 1980-84 and Minister of Tourism and Small Business in both the Trudeau and Turner governments.
