Christopher Brown is a political officer who worked with CIDA as Second Secretary (Development) in Dar es Salaam and Counsellor (Development) in Harare. He has worked in Africa and Asia divisions in DFAIT and CIDA and is currently in Ottawa assisting the Special Representative for Reconstruction in the Balkans.
