Bernard Etzinger is just back in Ottawa, serving as Executive Assistant to the ADM-Americas after three years as Deputy Consul, Political/Economic and Public Affairs in the Canadian Consulate in New York. He has previously worked in the US, Western Europe, and Communications Bureaux. But more importantly, his parents own a bakery north of Toronto.
